Cautions of Level Switches Installation

As we know the level swithes is being used for liquid level monioring or alarming system with Swith Singal Output; While there is some cautions when you install the level switches;

1. if there is mud on botton of the pond, the floats can not be touched with the bud;

2. if there is no mud on the botton of the mud, then the dead zone is about 5-7cm due the the floats and its fixing circle need some dimensions;

3. The material of the float and rod is Silicon Steel/ p.p/ ABS or other plastics, please ensure the liquid is being applicable for this material and no corrosion;

4. Please do not Install the sensor close to the Feed Port or Outlet Port；

5. If there is mixer of large Power Pump on bottom of the pond, it is suggested to fix the sensor with another circles from  top of the pumps or mixter 0.5m or  use back flate to avoid level is unstable;

6. Please Ensure the Flange Hole Diameter is larger than the float diameter so tht it can be installed.
